Tarotto is a magical boy with the power to spread love through music!!~ Ok ok I can here Tarotto dying inside as I say that but basically a weird animal thing decided to give him a weird mirror thing allowing him to transform into Taroto, a repersentation of his aspirations! Now legally he has to fight monsters that threaten the happiness of people. Or he dies....yay.
